Warranty:
AmegaWood warrants to the original purchaser that its products will be free from defect in material and craftsmanship for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of purchase. (This warranty only applies under normal use and service and does not cover damage to the product resulting from accident, misuse, abuse or lack of responsible care of the furniture, or to the improper use of chemicals.)

We will not sell, rent or otherwise share your personal information without your consent, unless to comply with legal procedures. However, we welcome the opportunity to be able to send you information on new AmegaWood products and special offers.

Refund Policy:
We take pride in your satisfaction and value our customers. Our products are constructed of the finest materials and we strive hard to produce high quality products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your teak furniture, you have 30 days from the printed delivery date to return it (preferably in the original packaging). To do so, please call our toll-free number for a complete refund, less the original shipping costs. When you call, we will arrange for return shipping, with no cost to you. If there is any problem with your order, please contact us immediately and we will promptly resolve it for you.
